Haven’t you heard? Hydration is key. We have five tips to keep you hydrated and healthy as the days heat up.

Keep water with you! Get a reusable water bottle (or a couple), trick it out with your favorite stickers and you’ll never forget to keep sipping. --A side tip: water bottles can get silly expensive but if you’re a savvy shopper you’ll discover that they always go on sale or can be found for less online.
Work water into your day: If you’re the type of person who can’t seem to function without a dose of caffeine in the morning (as we all are) we recommend that while you wait for your coffee to cool down that you fill up a glass with water. Having water in front of you is likely to help you remember to drink it.
Once your day has begun try and work water into your routine. If you pack a lunch, throw a note in with it that reminds you to enjoy a glass of water while you eat. If you go out make sure to order water with your meal (especially if you’re picking something up to-go). Also fill up your water bottle on bathroom breaks and before you head home. If you like competition, turn water consumption into one! Keep a tally of how many times you sip from your water bottle each day, or how many times you have to fill up your water bottle.
Another fun game is to challenge your co workers to an HR sanctioned drinking event by keeping track of who has to fill up their water bottles the most times in a week.
Coconut water is also very hydrating; try putting it into a smoothie, brewing sun tea with it or just drinking it right out of the coconut.
Don’t let a drop go to waste… by this we mean don’t sweat. Wear layers and dress for the weather.
